Can I try the software before I buy it? |
The software is distributed as a
shareware - try before buy. We give 30 days trial to allow people to test the software and prove that the software is really working. You can download the program and test it free of charge for 30 days, at the end of the 30 days trial you will need to choose whether you buy it or uninstall it. |

I would like to buy, can I get the software on an hard copy? |
The software cost $19.95, after
placing an order within 24h you will get registration letter with unlock codes via email. If you also want to get the software on hard copy (CD-ROM) delivered to your home you will have to pay extra payment of $14.95 and in two weeks you will get it to your home. Of course that within 24h you will also get the regular registration email with the unlock codes in order to allow you start enjoying the software before the CD-ROM arrives.

Which settings should I choose (Auto #1, #2, #3)? |
After a lot of research, the software offers three different Automatic Optimization Modes which will improve your connection speed. You should try all three of them to find out which Automatic Optimization Mode suits your hardware configuration best. It's very hard to configure your connection automatically because there are a lot of different hardware vendors in the market and each computer is a little bit different than the other. After choosing your configuration, you should press the 'Apply' button and then restart your computer. |
Is the software working, I still connect at the same BPS speed? |
The program doesn't change your connection BPS speed. If you usually connect
at 57,600Bps (or in a different speed) you will still connect at this speed
but your data transfer rate will be much much better... (users report on
200%-400% improvement). Try browsing to some sites or download emails and then you will notice the big difference - although that the connection BPS looks the same. |
Why sometimes the icon ( T ) in my taskbar spins and sometimes not? |
While you are on-line the software performs real time tuning in order to speed
up your connection and prevent unwanted disconnections. |
Why does my computer try to connect the internet without any reason? |
This
behavior will happen in rare cases.

How to uninstall (remove) the software from my computer? |
In order to uninstall the
program you should do the following: Go to: Start --> Programs --> iNTERNET Turbo --> Uninstall iNTERNET Turbo. |
When I uninstall the software what will happen to my Windows settings? |
When you uninstall the software it will automatically restore your Windows defaults settings and the connection speed will become slow again. |
I uninstalled the software but now I'm getting 'corrupted messages', What should I do? |
It seems like the software wasn't
removed successfully and iDetect.exe is still active, please do the following
steps in order to remove it manually: 1. Press the Alt+Ctrl+Del keys (all together). 2. From the Task List choose iDetect. 3. Press the End Task button, or double click on iDetect. 4. Go to the installation folder and just delete it. |
